The problem

Small-business owners are surrounded by AI claims but often do not know which tools are useful, what information is safe to share or how to turn a promising experiment into repeatable work.

The approach

Training starts with the owner's real tasks. It teaches practical prompting, output checking, privacy decisions and simple workflows without forcing a generic software system onto a business that works differently.
